The House Of Sand & Fog

Finally, I have finished reading this book. I decided to take this book slow, very slow. I read several pages every night before I went to bed. I quite like reading like this now. Dont get me wrong though, this is no indication of the stimulatingness or rivetingness of the book. Reading bit by bit actually gave me more time to absorb the book and understand the characters. This book is tragic and totally unexpected but a good read nonetheless. The only predicatable aspect of this novel is the fact that all the characters are in a lose-lose situation. There is a little to like and a little to dislike in each character. It's hard to choose sides. Very well written. I like it. Read it!
